New airline enters Indian aviation sector: FLY91 begins commercial operations from Goa | Business News | Airlines

FLY91, a new player in the Indian aviation sector, officially began commercial operations on Monday with its maiden flight from Goa’s Manohar International Airport to Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. The 7.55 am departure marked the start of FLY91’s commitment to regional connectivity across India.

The regional airline also launched its first flight to Sindhudurg from Bengaluru on the same day.

“We at FLY91 are incredibly proud to launch our inaugural commercial flight,” said Manoj Chacko, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FLY91. “This is not just about reaching a destination; it’s about taking flight with the dreams and aspirations of a nation.”

A veteran of the travel industry, Chacko has held senior leadership positions at Emirates Airlines, Kingfisher Airlines, American Express, SOTC, and WNS.

FLY91 operates flights between Goa, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Sindhudurg.

What the airline is currently offering:

📌 The airline’s schedule includes flights between Goa and Bengaluru on Monday, Friday, and Saturday, as well as similar frequencies between Bengaluru and Sindhudurg.
